After graduating from the University of California, Davis, I began my professional journey in the property management sector, where I developed a strong foundation in client service and operational management. Seeking broader exposure, I transitioned into private banking, gaining valuable experience across business development, investment counseling, and product research and analysis. My time in the financial industry sparked a deeper interest in holistic financial solutions, leading me to explore the insurance and wealth planning space including general, medical, and life insurance. This allowed me to further expand my understanding of client needs and long-term financial strategies. Driven by a desire to take on a new challenge and leverage my interpersonal strengths, I made a strategic move into recruitment by joining Ambition. Here, I apply my communication and relationship-building skills to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities, while supporting clients in building high-performing teams. I’m passionate about contributing to Ambition’s mission of building better futures for both candidates and clients alike.

I specialise in recruiting across the project and technology space, working with professionals at all levels, from entry-level through to senior leadership. My focus includes roles in project management, business analysis, agile and scrum methodologies, business and digital transformation, testing services, robotic process automation (RPA), cloud solutions and application delivery, as well as data analytics. Outside of work, I enjoy unwinding by catching up on the latest shows, staying active at the gym, and exploring new destinations around the world. I'm also passionate about discovering new restaurants and bars, and love spending quality time with friends and family over great food and conversation.
